Technology Solutions Partners
University of Idaho Office of Information Technology (OIT) offers technology support for U of I faculty and staff on the Moscow campus through its Technology Solutions Partners (茶匙s), and U of I statewide and center employees, as well as those with existing technical staff in their departments or units, 有自己的 Local Support Team for technical help.
OIT's #1 goal is to deliver service that is timely, helpful and specific to each user's needs.

茶匙 and Local Support teams are embedded across the state of Idaho specifically to provide specialized, skilled technical support to faculty and staff when and where they need it most — in the places they serve students. This means U of I employees will receive consistent, 可靠的, high-level service each time technical assistance is needed.
They offer a wide range of services, including software and application troubleshooting, software installations, equipment purchases, new account setup, hardware recommendations and more. 茶匙 and Local Support Team staff are also available to offer U of I employees proactive suggestions for improved technical effectiveness and efficiencies at no charge.
